I was blessed with a wonderful student teacher first semester. Heidi Heacock, a 2004
Cardington graduate. She was working on her masters in art education at Mt. Vernon Nazarene college, needing a high school to do her practice teaching. What a perfect fit.
Heidi was my art student back in the day. heidi spent three months in the art room. while she was with us, she helped hang art displays, held a student art show the eve of our fall play and attended the Ohio art educators convention in dayton, where she helped me with two of my three presentations. Heidi will be a great teacher, and any school who hires her will be lucky to have her as part of the staff.
